Acrylic Hand Made Jewellery Charms/Pendants .. ?

Im wanting to start creating my own jewellery and selling it on etsy/ebay etc, and ive already had a look at some jewellery on there to see what sort of things will sell. But i wondered how they get the acrylic pendants/charms in the designs they want, and will it be expensive to make ? or can you just buy the pendants to simply put on a chain.

They almost definatly use a Lazer Cutter, we have one in school & we made some jewellery last year. Veryyy expensive piece of equiptment, only buy one if you’re going to make the most of it !!

I have found a place in Sydney that sells it, however I have to pay high hazard shipping costs. Does anyone know if it is available in Victoria.
