Wow, so many things …
Wow, so many things that are wrong. Coordinating your tie with your shirt is one of the worst things you can do. A white shirt and a red tie is a classic combo. Secondly, black suits are a no Unless you drive people around in a car, work for the secret service, or are going to a funeral. Also, his cuffs should be showing from his jacket and his waist is pinched. And that’s the least of his “fit” problems. Not to mention those ugly shoes. And does he really have all the buttons buttoned up?

You cannot put …
You cannot put together all the buttons. NEVER. It’s considered vulgar and out of style.
If it’s a three button jacket (french or italian style), you can close the first button, or if you like even the second one. NEVER put together the last one.
Remember that when you’re sitting oh a sofa or chair you have to open your jacket.
If it’s a naples 3 button jacket, just the middle one.
You better avoid even striped colored shirts with a regimental tie.
